Need support now? We can offer remote support for many issues providing you have a working internet connection.

We use Remote Support Software ‘Log Me In’ to assist users over the internet and users can watch while we work. The most common support we do over the web includes:

• Software repairs and installations
• Securing Wireless Networks
• Home Networking so users can share files and printers
• Email account set up

Remote Support is £25 + VAT per hour and we require payment up front from new customers.
